South Africa's Rape Friendly Chief Justice

As someone working in the legal field I feel exceptionally upset that this did not reach my attention earlier... The article below describes the kind of scum that we have leading our judiciary and then we wonder why our crime stats are through the roof...

Meet South Africa’s “Child Rape” Friendly Chief Justice

Mogoeng Mogoeng was appointed by Nelson Mandela as a judge of the North West High Court. Then Jacob Zuma, the ANC’s president, appointed him Chief Justice. Zuma had been on trial for rape, so you could see why he wanted a rape friendly Chief Justice.

But Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng wasn’t just friendly to rapists. He’s friendly to child rapists.
The South African Litigation Centre has put together a research document listing a number of court cases in which Mogoeng has found surprising mitigating factors in cases of rape and attempted rape of children.
In the former Bophuthatswana High Court in 2005, Mogoeng reduced from five years’ to three years’ imprisonment the sentence of a man who had attempted to rape a seven-year-old girl. Among the factors he considered in reducing the sentence were that the accused was 30 years old and a first-time offender, married with two children and a soldier who earned R1 800 a month. He did not explain the relevance of these factors.
While he accepted that the girl’s vagina had been penetrated, he found that it was not known whether this was with the man’s penis or his finger, as her dress had covered her face.
So Mogoeng Mogoeng isn’t just a pedophile’s dream. He’s also the ACLU’s dream judge. But it gets worse. So much worse.
Mogoeng said: “The complainant is seven years old and the injury she sustained is not serious. She sustained a bruise on her vestibule. Although there was no direct evidence led, she must have suffered some psychological trauma as a result of this incident.”
Not serious at all. In another child rape case, South Africa’s Chief Justice reduced a sentence for “substantial and compelling circumstances”.
These were that “the appellant is 31 years of age, he is unmarried, he is unemployed, he is suffering from chronic epilepsy, his highest qualification is standard seven and he is staying with his unemployed mother”.
In another case, Mogoeng wrote,
“One can safely assume that [the accused] must have been mindful of [the victim’s] tender age and was thus so careful as not to injure her private parts, except accidentally, when he penetrated her. That would explain why the child was neither sad nor crying when she returned from the shop, notwithstanding the rape. In addition to the tender approach that would explain the absence of serious injuries and the absence of serious bleeding, he bought her silence and cooperation with Simba chips and R30.”
Yes, Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng just described the rape of a child as “tender” and stated that injuries resulting from the rape were “accidental”.
And it gets still worse…
In his judgment Mogoeng also said: “[The victim] claims that the sexual intercourse was very painful but there was clearly nothing about her to suggest that she was in any pain when she arrived home — There is no mention of limping or crying or anything of the kind, notwithstanding the complainant’s assertions that she was heartbroken and limping as a result of the sexual intercourse.”
It would be a mistake to assume that Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng is some sort of horrible lunatic. He made these decisions before being nominated as Chief Justice. And these decisions did not prevent him from becoming Chief Justice.
There is a reason why South Africa has such horrifying rape rates, particularly the rape of children. It’s because such behavior is considered normative by African National Congress leaders.
The President of South Africa is a rapist. His Chief Justice finds excuses for child rapists. This isn’t mere chaos. It’s corruption of the sickest and deepest form.
South Africa is a rape haven because it’s run by rapists and the associates of rapists. Child rape is common there for the same reason that it’s common in Afghanistan.
Given the pain, the deprivation and the dehumanization that the apartheid system was intended to cause and did in fact bring about, it is of great importance that we do everything within our power as South Africans of all races, to avert the dangers that a disguised protection of white male privilege, at the expense of opening up opportunities for women and black men, is loaded with.
When black men and women of all races were appointed to higher courts for the first time, those opposed to change voiced a concern about the so-called lowering of standards. The same argument has changed tag a bit, lately. It was initially said that there was no commitment by the JSC to gender representation.
Suddenly, it changed to the alleged bias against white men. Some of the advocates of gender representation even nominated and openly fought for the appointment of a white man and inexplicably jettisoned their campaign for gender representation. When “unwanted” white males were appointed they were labelled executive-friendly.
I have come to challenge you and other genuinely progressive bodies to resist all efforts geared at the protection white male dominance in the professions and the Bench and the equation of the appointment of black and women practitioners to the institutionalization of mediocrity.

Epic Fail

Tell em again how the education is South Africa is better now than it was during Apartheid? Tell me again how we should be proud of our matrics who managed to pass (by working very hard) with 30%? Tell me again why I should in any way look at those kids with a matric certificate as educated? And tell me again how universities need to make sure that they make space for as many "lennas" as possible who finish matric with a "bachelor" pass?

If you attempt do any of those things even halfway convincingly then I should redirect you to a facility for the mentally impaired where you can have your brain rewired to think like normal people. I say this for one very specific reason - even so-called straight-A students are failing university entrance exams. This is apparently because they struggle with basic arithmetic and grammar. I ask you, with tears in my eyes, how the hell can you give someone a matric certificate which indicates that they have performed adequately at school level and then even endorse those passes as worthy of university entrance when they cannot even add and write in full sentences?

Now I will probably be called a racist and pessimist and right-wing nutcase for saying this - but these kids are all useless and will add nothing to the country. And I say this because they are completely uneducated. They are not even trainable! This is evident from the fact that after, at least, 12 years of schooling they STILL cannot read or write properly.

Now please, go on to say that this is a poverty issue, I dare you! This has nothing whatsoever to do with poverty. This is simply the complete failure of the education system (proudly brought to you by the great minds of those ANC criminals) to provide even the most basic of quality education. They have dumbed the system down to a fraction of its former self. They have allowed people with no formal qualifications to play teacher with young minds. They have allowed unions to run roughshod over them at a distinct disadvantage to the kids. And Bantu Education was worse??? Pull the other leg.

Poverty has a minimal effect on education. Teachers should be able to teach WITHOUT textbooks and Xeroxed worksheets. They should be able to use nothing more than a blackboard and lesson outline to teach kids. The same way they did it in centuries past. Why is it so wrong to expect students and teachers to take the learning seriously? Why should we not expect children to take notes and to do homework? Teachers should be expected to mark that homework too. The worst effect poverty can have on a child is the fact that they may not be eating properly, in which case I'm almost positive that the ANC government promised to star feeding schemes at these schools? But wait, that money was stolen by principals and teachers or else never made it to the schools at all!

But, I hear you say, parents are uneducated and therefore cannot help their kids with homework! Really? Now that's an excuse? Parents don't help with homework? Now let me see, my parents helped me with my homework in the following ways:
1. They listened to me read; (bantu education taught kids to read very well)
2. They provided the tools for me to do projects; (ie library access - public - and the materials) and
3. Oh wait... I was expected to do my own homework!
And I managed to pass matric with distinction (ie: 6 A's and B) and I am not the most intelligent person on the planet - I just worked damn hard (while playing sports and taking part in cultural activities as well and school leadership). And we were also not rich, so I went to a government school, my school fees were never paid on time and we often went home to a house without power - especially after my dad lost his job to make way for BEE candidates. Your excuses are now nullified.

But wait! Schools somehow seem to have endless funds to teach kids about sex! What sex they can have. How to please your partner. How to please yourself. Homosexual sex. Kinky sex. And a million and one other things in that vein. And then they seem surprised when young girls get pregnant (8 of them  from one school dropped out in the first week of school) or when we discover that over 25% of school girls are HIV positive.

I personally couldn't give a damn what the pass rates are (ie: how many kids are passing). What I do care about is the quality of the pass. Just looking at the difficulty level (the ANC has brought everyone down to the same lower grade level even if they should have been at higher grade) between pre-1994 and post-1994 matric paper it is clear that any kid getting 80% today would at BEST be a 50% student back then. We are breeding whole generations of functionally illiterate and sexually deviant kids that will one day take over the running of the country... God help us all.

Top matrics fail university entry exams: Habib

Thursday 23 January 2014 06:00

Straight "A" matric students are failing university entry exams. It has emerged that even students that get seven distinctions fail to obtain 50% in university entrance exams.

This was revealed by Wits University vice-chancellor, Adam Habib.

He said this at the Sowetan Dialogues held in Soweto on Wednesday night.

Habib says in addition, 55% of those who make it to university do not complete their degrees.

He says this is because these students struggle with arithmetic and grammar.

"Some of it has to do with technical skills, reading, mathematics, they do not have the foundation for a first year degree so we are now unrolling a major programme around identifying students that are struggling and providing them with mentorship and support and we should not delude ourselves that our education system is producing enough quality students so that they can perform," says

Meanwhile, Basic Education Department spokesperson Panyaza Lesufi says while it is true that there is a problem of high drop out rates, there were other factors that were not being taken into consideration in this debate.

He says those factors include learners in jail, repetition, learners opting for FET Colleges, private and overseas education, the quality of teaching and learning and lack of remedial support.

Lesufi  came down hard on those who said apartheid pass rates were better.

"Apartheid had what you call higher grade, standard grade and lower grade. And the pass mark of lower grade was 25%. If you check the matric pass at that time it's what you called aggregate pass which means you needed to reach 720 marks for you to pass regardless of how you perform in other subjects, as long as you have 720 marks you pass."

The School Of No

If everyone could just cast their thoughts back to the recent saga we had where schools were not supplied with textbooks and remember how outraged we were that government had not done their job in ensuring kids had access to quality education. We have often seen discussion about the fact that some teachers are hardly ever at school teaching, preferring to rather go on strike. We have heard about the scores of teachers that have been on sick leave for years and who are still drawing full salaries at taxpayer expense.

Well, It looks like SA is not the only place where schools are run by inept entitled morons who take, take, take and never do their jobs. Looks like this is something that even the States has to deal with. I'm not pointing fingers but really, one should take not of just who the principal of this school is...

Marcella Sills - the principal at the school of no.

By Susan Edelman January 12, 2014 | 4:03am

This principal runs a school of “no.”

Students at PS 106 in Far Rockaway, Queens, have gotten no math or reading and writing books for the rigorous Common Core curriculum, whistleblowers say.

The 234 kids get no gym or art classes. Instead, they watch movies every day.

“The kids have seen more movies than Siskel and Ebert,” a source said.

The school nurse has no office equipped with a sink, refrigerator or cot.

The library is a mess: “Nothing’s in order,” said a source. “It’s a junk room.”

No substitutes are hired when a teacher is absent — students are divvied up among other classes.

A classroom that includes learning-disabled kids doesn’t have the required special-ed co-teacher.

About 40 kindergartners have no room in the three-story brick building. They sit all day in dilapidated trailers that reek of “animal urine,” a parent said; rats and squirrels noisily scamper in the walls and ceiling.

And the principal — Marcella Sills, who joined PS 106 nine years ago — is a frequent no-show, sources say.

Sills did not come to school last Monday. On Tuesday, she showed up at 3:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, The Post found her at home in Westbury, LI, all day before emerging at 2:50 p.m. — school dismissal time. Wearing a fur coat, she took her BMW for a spin.

She showed up at school Thursday, but not Friday.

When Sills, 48, does go to work, it’s rarely before 11 a.m. — and often hours later, say sources familiar with her schedule.

“She strolls in whenever she wants,” one said.

The school hasn’t had a payroll secretary in years.

A Department of Education spokesman said Sills was required to report her absences and tardiness to District 27 Superintendent Michelle Lloyd-Bey but would not say whether Sills did so last week.

Lloyd-Bey did not return a call. Sills hung up on a reporter.

When she is out, an assistant principal is left in charge. Yet Sills, who gets a $128,207 salary, also pockets overtime pay — $2,900 for 83 hours in 2011, the latest available records show.

“This school is a complete s- -thole, but nobody in a position of power comes to investigate. No one cares,” a community member said.

PS 106 families hope their cries for attention bring newly installed Schools Chancellor Carmen FariƱa to the rescue, saying they can’t recall any prior DOE leader visiting the remote school.

She would find it sinking, they say.

The isolated building sits a block and a half from the beach, surrounded by vacant, weed-choked lots, the road behind it strewn with trash bags and broken TVs.

The floods of Hurricane Sandy in October 2012 wrecked a hangar-like annex, called the Early Childhood Academy, which housed pre-K, kindergarten and first and second grades. It has not been repaired.

Two kindergarten classes moved into “temporary classroom units” in the yard. The other children moved into the main building, forcing some classes to squeeze into small offices and storage rooms. The pre-K class sits in the auditorium, but has to move to the cafeteria during the movies.

Kids in several grades said that last week they watched “Fat Albert,” “Alvin and the Chipmunks” and “Monsters, Inc.,” but did not relish the downtime.

“I like gym. I like to draw,” said Charm Russell, 10, who added her peers are too restless and bored to watch the screen. “They’re always making noise, and there’s nothing entertaining going on. No art, no gym, no music class.”

More alarming, the teachers have gotten no curricula since Sandy. Last February, the DOE announced several new options, including “Go Math” for grades K-5, and “ReadyGen” or the state Education Department’s “Core Knowledge” for English language arts. The books cover the Common Core standards, skills that kids should master at each level.

But five months into the school year, PS 106 classes still don’t have the books or teacher’s guides.

“They have no reading program, no math program,” a source said, adding Sills blames outside administrators for not sending materials.

Teachers muddle through by printing out worksheets they find online, buying their own copy paper.

The DOE gave no explanation for the missing curricula but said it’s “working with the school to provide students with physical education.”

A spokesman denied the trailers are rat-infested.

Staffers won’t speak up or even file a grievance with their union because Sills will retaliate, a source said.

Parents wonder if higher-ups know what’s going on.

“Why don’t they get on them? I don’t understand that,” said Michael Moore, father of a second-grader.

Another father, Roland Legions, added. “They’re not doing right by the kids.”

One mom said she couldn’t get a meeting with Sills to discuss concerns. Another said Sills is “just not professional.”

“She should be here,” the mom said. “How is she going to run the school if she’s not here?”

PS 106 is allocated $2.9 million to serve a low-income population with 98 percent of its students eligible for free lunches. As a Title 1 school, it gets extra federal funds, but community members say they’ve never seen a budget tracking the income and spending.

You should also read up on the rest of this lovely woman's behaviour - such as her threats to parents that their children will not graduate from the school unless they attend a very expensive prom-like event. See them here:

A Libtard Speaks

Yesterday ran an article written by a self titled libtard. Naturally the man has no common sense at all (and now I'm being nice) and is a complete moron living in his bunny hugger la la land where whites are the cause of all the black man's woes. And all of this simply because a lot of people have spoken out about the fact that the ANC wants to for parents to pay for 14 years of useless education. That is 14 years of hard-earned money invested in the brainwashing, indoctrination and dumbing down of our children which will very seldom see any kind of return. I'm not entire opposed to the idea, but I think they should fix the current 12 years before they start forcing an extra 2 on kids as well. Read his silly little article below and see my responses in read. I didn't go into great detail - just enough to derail his argument.

Don't speak for me. A Libtard speaks
14 January 2014, 07:42

When you say "apartheid was better" you dismiss the fact that more than 70% of Whites voted against the system in a referendum that turned families against one another, had people in pubs swearing at each other and left a legacy of idiots that claim Apartheid was better, That claim that FW was a veraaier. Remember you don't speak for me.

What you seem to forget is that if given the chance again I doubt anyone would vote yes in that referendum. With the way the country has been stripped of all wealth and anything even remotely functioning in the private sector we can all see that it’s pathetic. So now all we are left with is a legacy of incompetence, corruption and destruction. I won’t speak for you, we don’t speak the same language.

When you stand in a bank queue and utter that things were better before they took all the jobs in the banks, If you are in the queue at the traffic department and are convinced the service is worse than in the good old days, you have forgotten that the people who worked for the government then have one thing in common with those that do today, They are there for a pay check not to work. The skin colour may be different but I remember being sent from one counter to another and then another because I was laways at the wrong counter despite advice from the person who sent me somewhere else. When you claim it's because of skin colour, you don't speak for me.

Who says it’s skin colour? That statement simply shows your utter racism. We say its incompetence – not because black people replaced whites at the counter, but because the knowledgeable and trained employees were forced out and replaced by uneducated and untrained employees. Who not only have no idea how to do their jobs properly, have no motivation either. And now we should keep quiet and sing kumbaya with everyone because they get massive salaries and do nothing? It’s the government culture and mentality of entitlement and lack of work ethic – no one mentioned colour but you! You do not speak for me.

When you employ someone and pay them enough to buy a bus ticket, a loaf of bread and a pint of milk. When you complain about minimum wages being too high and wonder why your maid eats as much bread and goes through the sugar like a tornado, think about what it cost you when you walked into the spar this morning to buy a few things, and think is R 80.00 a day enough? When you complain about the minimum wage, you do not speak for me.

You seem to forget that most of us live on the breadline too. We hire domestics/maids etc because families have to have 2 incomes to make a living for the most part and therefore require help on the homefront – especially if there are kids. And what kind of jobs, paying what kinds of salaries are available to unskilled women get really? They are not qualified and I don’t see how paying someone R150 a day (yes, that’s what we pay our domestic who works twice a week) so that she can eat my food, drink my coffee, take leftovers and even unopened items home, take my washing powder and stasoft, get the clothes we give her for herself and her children (in good condition – not broken or torn) is any of your business. Without me she’s taking home nothing and therefore would likely love the R80 you no doubt pay. So for someone who has no skills and who is in her late 40’s I kinda think that earning SOME money is better than earning NONE. You forget that the second they legislate a uniform minimum wage, thousands of maids and gardeners will suddenly find themselves jobless – now remind me, is that better or worse than them getting R80 a day?

When you loudly proclaim that Blacks are stupid, stop and consider that poverty among whites was only eliminated with job reservation under Apartheid. That's right people that did jobs like train guards, stokers, train drivers and a whole host of other jobs could only do them if they were white. I recall the stupid and illiterate Whites that I worked with that today cannot find employment because they just haven't got the mental capability of competing in a world where there is no job reservation. When you call a nation stupid, you do not speak for me.

Now you really are talking kak. Now lets see, jobs may have been reserved for whites, but at least they were required to be educated and skilled. Nowadays blacks can have whatever job they want because they’re black. And blacks on average have an IQ of 67 – that is actually mentally retarded. The ones with higher IQ’s are statistical certainties and they usually do better – regardless of how they grew up. The reasons blacks are sitting in poverty now is because they breed like rats and cannot afford to educate their kids. Who then grow up to breed like rats again and have more kids they cannot educate. The cycle is vicious. Its an education issue really – and yes, Bantu Education was one hell of a lot better than the crap system now. At least those kids could read and write and count. Kids with matric today are illiterate. So no, I don’t call the nation stupid, I call them uneducated and with exceptionally low IQ’s.

When you dismiss Mandela as a terrorist, think about this, If you had been denied a decent education, had been disallowed from using a toilet, a shop or a bus for an arbitrary reason like you were not pale enough, would you not have been annoyed. Would you not have wanted to rise up against those that oppressed you? Personally I would not have been as polite as Mandela. When you call a freedom fighter a terrorist you do not speak for me.

Mandela was an attorney (he got his degree in the 50’s – I’m almost certain Apartheid was in full swing by then right?) so please get your facts correct on what educational facilities were available for blacks. I’ll give you a hint: MEDUNSA. Again you are showing your ignorance – blacks and whites had separate amenities. Right next to each other – just not the same room. Huge problem right? Shops today still reserve the right to not serve a customer and I’m also pretty certain that there were buses for blacks too (that ran on time and were roadworthy). So just because they couldn’t share what the whites used (even though they had their own) that gives them the right to start bombing innocent people? Hmmmm… maybe us women should start violently protesting because we are excluded from men’s bathrooms and change-rooms?

And just for the record moron, a terrorist is someone who uses terrorism (ie: violence/force against civilians). I sorta find that sanctioning the planting of bombs in public places with the intent of killing and maiming them is terrorism. That’s what your precious Mandela did. Maybe you’d like to look into the practices at places like Camp Quattro too to see what your idol sanctioned? Or how about that lovely device called a necklace that he and his harpy ex-wife came up with and encouraged the use of? But that’s ok because they had their feelings hurt through lies? If that’s what you think then you sure as hell do not speak for me.

When you call a nation lazy, when opportunities are not available, We live in a country with more than 25% unemployment, how do you suggest that everyone supports themselves? Even the King of Nkandla knows that jobs create independence, self worth and happiness, Why else do you think he uttered that unbelievable lie that he was going to create 6 million jobs, He knows that all people want is a chance to be independant. Remember that countries like the UK also have the lazy, the useless and the parasites that suck the marrow out of government assistance. People can be lazy, an entire nation cannot. When you say that a nation is lazy, you don't speak for me.

I call them a bunch of entitled nitwits. I suggest that they support themselves by:
  1. Stop breeding like rats;
  2. Educate their offspring;
  3. Stop demanding handouts (and the government should stop the grant system except to the disabled and elderly after 6 months);
  4. Get rid of the labour legislation that makes it almost impossible to hire and fire people who are incompetent;
  5. Allow free trade without government involvement;
  6. Eliminate trade unions who disrupt the economy for no reason;
  7. Privatize all quasi-governmental institutions; and
  8. Start creating businesses and opportunities for blacks instead of telling them that they deserve to get for free because they’re black.

And maybe, but here is a thought, stop encouraging crime through poor policing and presidential pardons for votes.

We have so many pundits that complain, we have so many that are against something, There are those that are aginst hunting, against building new hotels, against culling, against anything that is said by anyone they disagree with, but rarely do they offer solutions. This morning we were told that the ANC wants to make education 14 years and immediately the nay sayers jumped on the band wagon without reading the details. Education is already 13 years for many, Grade R is a reality for the middle class who want to give their children an advantage, In fact many are already enrolling their kids in pre schools that offer toddlers mor than just a nap and play time, but when this gets suggested as a possible requirement, the sheep bleat. I bet most did not read the suggestion, they assumed that the government were talking about grade 13 and 14.

Now, did I just complain or did I actually give a few pointers on how to fix it? You see, you libtards like to make the blacks perpetual victims because you feel great running about as their “champions” while you are actively bringing the entire race down and making things worse for everyone. Stop preaching the tired line of evil whites holding blacks back, and start teaching the “work hard and create for yourself” line.

Now lets really look at the idea of 14 years of school:
  1. Grade R is a reality for the middle class because they need somewhere for their kids to go while they work so as to remain middle class. Most good schools offer this as a money making project – nothing to do with a better start.
  2. It’s the job of good parents to give the child that start – it takes time and effort and only lazy parenting relies on the educational system to fully educate their children.
  3. If parents are already struggling to afford schools for kids now and teachers are already not sufficiently trained and the department cannot even upgrade and outfit existing schools how the hell are they going to be expected to pay for, teach and provide infrastructure for this lovely new plan to indoctrinate our kids from the tender age of 5? And this is especially true of poor parents who are stupid enough to have 5, 6, 7+ kids. (Now you know why they’re poor huh?)
  4. Grade R is not an “educational” year in the formal sense – it’s a foundational and social exercise that conditions kids to be metally ready for formal schooling. The only way it differs from normal pre-schools is that the kids sometimes wear uniforms (something else those poor parents you feel so sorry for cannot afford).

Until the education system is fixed and a world class curriculum being taught by well trained teachers with a pass requirement way higher than 30% is introduced, any right thinking person will oppose having to pay for 14 years of nothing but pathetic daycare called schooling. So maybe its time to pull your libtard head out of your libtard ass and try to see the actual reasons.

My kids started school early and they both were younger than their class mates, because of the foundation that was laid in the early years they coped. Teaching Children as young as 3 a love of books cannot be a bad thing, Developing the abilities of these children at an age when they have more curiosity and a love of learning new stuff cannot be bad. When you say 14 years of school is a bad idea, you don't speak for me.

And the foundation was laid by whom? You or the school? And when exactly was this? I assume at a time when schools still has respect and tradition and teachers who knew what they were doing with proper training? Teachers who cannot read cannot teach kids to love reading – parents do that. Teachers who cannot do math cannot inspire an interest in it. And teachers who strike for higher wages and less work don’t give a damn about those kids they teach anyway. When you say that it falls to the government and schools to teach young kids and develop abilities you are removing the rights and responsibility of parents to shape their children and to teach them their values and to develop their brains as well as discipline them. You are in effect encouraging the creation of state parenting and removing all parental responsibility in the raising of children. I assume you are one the morons who have kids that don’t respect you because you think spanking is inhumane? Well when my kids are an asset to society because I raised and disciplined them and yours are following in your footsteps destroying it remember, you don’t speak for me.

The Face Of SA Feminism

The more I see of this woman the less I like her and find her to be a self-righteous, self-hating and all round unpleasant woman. She is a communist, feminist, anti-white liberal who takes great joy in being called a slut. Reading her Facebook page shows you just what a feminazi is with a good dose of delusional ideas of communistic grandeur. And I have now discovered why she is the way she is - she has no self-respect or any respect for others.

This is one of her posts from yesterday...

Who in their right mind would take the title "slut" to be a compliment? Who would want the title to be attributed to them? Who in their right mind would want to be known as a sexually promiscuous person who is likely to have multiple baby daddies? (and for all we know she could very well be screwing around behind her  husbands back with another one of his "noble savage" brothers. There would be no real way to tell if the kids weren't his - they're not white or black or even coloured and will never identify with either family or culture).

Gillian Schutte you are an embarrassment to the female population. And just to make sure you really understand what I'm saying I'll phrase it like you would: bluntly and without tact. You are someone who makes me ashamed to share your gender. You are a "woman" who does not know how to behave in public, who would rather give up her femininity and strap on a metaphorical penis by behaving and speaking in the exact same manner that you berate men for. You are worthless as a woman and I feel so sorry for any children that you have because they will grow up to be useless, ignorant and entitled liberals like yourself who add nothing of value to the community they are in and instead sow lies and spread stupidity.

Not only are you a disgrace to woman the world over, you are a disgrace to any thinking person. You, by your choice in political ideology advocate large scale massacres through the quelling of any uprising as well as mass starvation after the fall of the economy which plunges millions into complete poverty. That is communism and that is it's legacy. Will that state of affairs make you happy? I assume that it would seeing as you would love another chance to make yourself a victim - and increase the degree of victim-hood you thrust on black people the world over. You feel like you are entitled to everything without having to work simply because you have a vagina and hate your white skin and that your pet projects, the noble savages of Africa, are deserving simply because they are black. But I know your real agenda, you use the excuse of Apartheid (a system that you were very much a part of and lived through and indeed benefited from without so much as whisper of dissatisfaction until the Nats gave up power. You then decided to benefit from marrying a black man - most likely to piss your parents off and because he has money) to go on the perpetual attack against white men. I can only assume this is because no white man wanted to sleep with you and treat you like the slut you claim to be and you feel aggrieved.

In SA the odds are that one day your black brothers-in-law will visit your house and will not stop at stealing out of the garage. They will come into your home (and if you think being married to a black man and hating your own race will save you you have some serious issues), they will gang-rape you and torture you and ultimately either kill you or leave you for dead. They may kill your husband and will most likely kill your children too. And this they will do simply because you happen to have a white skin. You will be humiliated and called a white slut (I doubt you'll find it a compliment then), told that you like to be f***ed by a black man repeatedly while they degrade you and torture you. Told how you should be exterminated and that whites will all die. Nothing will be stolen from your home except maybe a cellphone or 2. Should you survive that, I wonder then if you would still be on the side of the noble savage that you think is so wonderful and sin free or will you then remove the rose-tinted glasses and see the reality of SA?

Time Machine: Africans Fall Behind Intellectually, Says Evolutionary Psychiatrist

Found on the exceptionally insightful blog the This is something we have been stating for years - and yes, believing it makes you racist! That's ok though, intelligent people know that words can't hurt you.

Time machine: Africans fall behind intellectually,

says evolutionary psychiatrist

Research by Satoshi Kanazawa
demonstrated a correlation
between low IQs in Africa and
economic depravity.
There are parallel universes.

The first is reality. The second is fallacy.

Political correctness, in all it's forms including cultural Marxism, nearly always falls into the second category.

That, in turn, pits political correctness and cultural Marxism in an ongoing battle with reality. The former seems to be winning.

How so?

Occasionally a champion of truth will emerge, such as evolutionary psychologist Satoshi Kanazawa, who has the audacity to lay out the bare facts. Kanazawa sin was to objectively study the intelligence of Africans and report the correlation to mental illness. To cultural Marxism, such audacity was untenable heresy. [source]

Unable to quibble with bits of truth, those who prefer the comfort of political correctness tend to attack the integrity of the truth teller through ad hominem arguments.

Let's go back to the year 1632.

Think of the fate of Galileo when he challenged the orthodoxy of the Catholic church with observable science. Galileo's intent was not to be anti-Christian or even anti-Catholic. His objective was to be objective.

The Catholic hierarchy at the time was tantamount to political correctness. It viewed Galileo's forthrightness as a threat to their orthodoxy.

The same is true today of cultural Marxism. As the hierarchy of the early 17th century was eventually proven to be wrong, so adherents to politically correctness of the early 21st century will eventually be proven to be the real racists.

But our time machine doesn't need to go back centuries to find a conflict between settled science and stubborn silliness.

Let's go back to 2006.

Kanazawa published a research paper with honest but unorthodox conclusions. Some nations have aggregate low intelligence levels. Sub-Saharan African nations are populated with people who are, on the average, less intelligent than those in East Asia and Europe, his paper concluded. Mental illness and economic depravity can be demonstrated to be relative to level of intelligence.

The response was as swift and sure as a Samurai's sword determined to lop off the head of the offender.

• A spokesman for the international development charity, War On Want, warned that the research 'runs the risk of resurrecting the racist stereotype that Africans are responsible for their own plight, and may reinforce prejudices that Africans are less intelligent'.

• He then claimed that Kanazawa's research had been proven false by preceding research, but failed to make specific citations.

• Another protested that Kanazawa's research smacked of the "discredited" science of eugenics.

• Note the lavish use of terms such as stereotype and prejudice when politically correct orthodoxy is challenged. Such terms are, in fact, place holders in lieu of logic.

The objections all have one thing in common: None addressed the research, per se'.

While there were plenty accusations of stereotyping, racism, eugenics, etc., none dared to directly challenge the research or its results.

Let's revisit 2007.

Aside from in depth research, anyone can passively review the African nations and note their economic status and intelligence status are mirrored images. The same is true of virtually all nations.

James Watson took the
seat of Galileo in 2007 when
he noted that Africans
were intellectually challenged.

Dr. James Watson, Nobel Prize winner and DNA pioneer, also took a place in Galileo's seat in 2007 when he notoriously observed that Africans are less intelligent than most everyone else. For his blunt honesty the brilliant Watson was summarily and figuratively tarred and feathered. Truth telling will not be allowed. [source]

Oddly, no one seemed to notice when Watson, an Irish descendant, noted aloud that Irishmen, while not lacking intelligence, had a problem with ignorance.

August, 2013 comes into view.

More recently we learned that of 25,000 Liberians who applied for admission to the University of Liberia, 25,000 failed the entrance exam. That's a 100 percent failure rate. [source]

Truth is not subjective. Absolutes are, well, absolute. The simple equation 1+1=2 is subjective to neither heresy nor racism other than in the mind of cultural Marxism that finds cultural disparity in math and draws an imaginary line between mundane math and discrimination. [source]

Problem avoided, not resolved

The error should be evident: Problems denied cannot be resolved. In fact, like an aching tooth, such difficulties often become worse, even abscessed.

As Galileo's research was hampered by the political correctness of his day, so the absolutes of intelligence among people groups is stuck in the muck of politically-correct stubbornness.

Global heat mapping of intelligence (see below) reveals that smart nations feed nations of lesser intelligence, both literally and with technological advances. Cultural Marxism strives to create cultural and intellectual thermodynamics by imposing hordes of immigrants from less intelligent nations onto smarter cultures. The objective is to create a single-toned heat map.

The problem with that objective is that bright, innovative people groups will no longer be able to adequately provide for the world population. Cultural Marxism, however, isn't concerned with prosperity. It merely strives to make us all the same and that doesn't bode well for Africans.

The fact that economic Marxism, when implemented, will result in decreased prosperity among non-whites is lost.

Sad to say, so far they are well on track to achieve their objectives.

Land Makes You Rich

We have been hearing it for over 2 decades now - give the "people" "their" land and they will suddenly be as rich as anything. If you have ever spent any time on any of the EFF message boards or Facebook groups you will know that they hold Mugabe up as some shining beacon of light - the ideal to which all South African politicians should aspire. You will also know that the evil white man has impoverished the black man by stealing his land *eye rolling* and that if only the land were given back to the inept masses "rightful owners" then poverty would magically vanish, all blacks would suddenly be stinking rich and would have white maids and garden boys - you know, because its the actual rock and dirt that make you rich - not business savvy, intelligence and a crap load of hard work - and that's why whites have black maid and garden boys - because of the stolen land in their hands.

Nice story huh? Too bad for them there is actual hard data showing that Zimbabwe - one of the wealthiest Sub-Saharan African countries a mere 13 years ago is now actually poorer than they were in 2000. When they decided that they didn't need whites and chased all of the income producing farmers out, decimated the economy and all round destroyed what had once been a functioning country. Something South Africa should aspire to huh? Good to see that the land that was so important to them is worth so much and has spring-boarded the entire black population (the ones that couldn't afford to bribe their way past border control into SA) is now disgustingly rich and living the high life... EFF supporters must not say that we didn't warn them.

Zimbabwe: How the mighty have fallen

0 Jan 2014

In 2000, Zimbabwe was one of the wealthiest countries in Sub-Saharan Africa on a wealth per capita basis, now the country the worst performer.

Back then, Zimbabwe was ranked ahead of the likes of Nigeria, Kenya, Angola, Zambia and Ghana.

This is according to the Wealth Statistics in Africa report by New World Wealth, a global wealth consultancy firm.

Wealth analyst, Andrew Amoils, explains that in terms of wealth growth, Angola has been the top performer in Africa since 2000 with growth of over 500 percent.

“Interestingly all four of the countries at the bottom of the growth rankings (with the exception of Zimbabwe) have experienced uprisings, which resulted in a change in leadership since 2000.”

These uprisings may well have been fuelled by discontent related to the poor growth in these countries, he says.

“Looking at the figures, it is surprising that Zimbabwe still remains under the same ruler, while leadership in Libya, Tunisia and Egypt has changed.”

Amoils says contributing factors to Zimbabwe’s poor performance since 2000 include:

- The erosion of ownership rights (land, business etc) in the country which has led to a significant loss of currency value and hyper-inflation.

- The banning of independent media in the early 2000’s which has created a situation where it is impossible for investors to tell what is happening there.

Zimbabwe’s GDP growth between 2000 and 2012 was 47 percent and its economic position has weakened further in 2013 with the new indigenisation plans expected to bring GDP per capita down to below US$700 at the end of 2013, according to the report.

The report further reveals that South Africans are the wealthiest individuals in Africa with US$11.310 in wealth per person, while Zimbabwe recorded US$570 per person with Ethiopia being the poorest with US$260 per person.

Property investments
Despite the country being the worst performer, people in that country continue to buy and sell property.
For example, a quick look on reveals luxury homes sell for as much as $980 000 for a three bedroom home located in the prime Avondale suburb in Harare.

In Bulawayo, it is quite possible to buy commercial property for $950 000 for a lodge.

Like any struggling economy, Zimbabwe offers opportunities to savvy investors, the trick is to know what to look for, find good deals, but importantly, know the lay of the land.

According to Kura Chihota, chief executive officer of Ascendant Property Fund, an unlisted fund in Zimbabwe, buying land and building is one sweet spot for investors.

Chihota explains that the economy, although functioning, is small, pointing out that multi-currency in Zimbabwe is a reality in future.

For property buyers and investors, funding remains a challenge as there is limited mortgage funding for both residential and commercial, however, property yields average between 8 and 15 percent.

He notes demand for property but constrained supply, with Diaspora remittances being a major source of currency.

For residential property specifically, he says demand is leading to densification with stock shortages in some locations.

On commercial property, he says, the trend being observed is that of declining demand for property in the CBDs, an increased appetite for office parks with retail property in some parts of the country performing better than office and industrial property.

The listed property sector in Zimbabwe is also very small with a market capitalisation of less than R1 billion (as of August 2013) with low yields of between 6 and 8 percent.

So if you are an investor wanting to enter the Zimbabwean property market, he says look at land developments – best to choose serviced land, subdivide then sell in order to make real money.

Retail stand-alone properties yield between 10 and 12 percent and attract astute investors.

He says residential and hi-tech industrial property developments are also a sought-after sweet spot for investors.

In the end, he adds, it’s all about price. With an ailing economy and the ever increasing cost of living, Zimbabweans have mastered the art of stretching the dollar further.

So if you were selling property and yours was priced in line with the market and ticks the buyer’s list, it’s unlikely you will go wrong. – Denise Mhlanga
